Cyber Academy: What does it mean to be a Sponsor?
The management of Global Cybersecurity currently deals with a talent shortage of unprecedented proportions, nearly 350,000 jobs by 2022.
To identify candidates with a high aptitude for cybersecurity. Our rigorous recruitment process includes an assessment of fundamental skills and abilities, as well as personal interviews. Each candidate must present their curriculum and application as part of the process.
Organizations that opt for the iHackLabs CyberTalent Academy will have the option of interviewing candidates at the beginning of the hiring process and have the final word for admission decisions.
The sponsors of the Academy will have the opportunity to sponsor a seat in the program and follow the candidates on their process of learning of the academy, as well as to interview the candidates throughout the process as they complete their training.
